No one tells you what motherhood can really be
Your body created life. Your whole world flipped upside down. There’s pressure to “bounce back” to your old self in just six weeks – and you’re expected to just figure it our while running on caffeine and guilt.
Prioritising yourself isn’t selfish, it’s a non-negotiable
Wanting more doesn’t make you ungrateful; it makes you human, just like your unique journey
You can love your kids and still want to love your life too
There’s a path through this that’s not about “fixing” you, it’s about reconnecting to yourself again
I help mums through the postpartum journey, bringing the support of a village to you.
I’m a mum of three, including twins, and I’ve lived the full spectrum: from numb, anxious survival to genuine grounded peace.
After my twins were born, I lost my colour and myself completely.
I love them more than life, but I was emotionally empty, sucked dry… The woman I was before felt gone completely.
I was struggling to remember to shower or even have the energy to. I knew I needed help.
I went searching for support, but everything I found online felt wrong: too clinical, too surface level, too disconnected from my real-life mum experience.
So I figured it out on my own, struggled through it, and it took me years to do.
After that, I knew I didn’t want any other mum to feel like I did after my twins.
When I had my third baby, she reminded me of how strong I am, and it was such a different experience. I was taking care of myself as much as I was taking care of her, the twins, my job and my husband. I knew I was forever changed.
So I built what I needed back then. A place for real healing, truly being seen, and really moving through the shitstorm that is motherhood without burning out.
Now, I work with women from pregnancy through preschool to help navigate the kind of pain, emotions, challenges and the craziness that only a mum can experience.
I help mums regulate their emotions, rebuild identity, and reconnect with the part of themselves they thought they’d lost forever.
When a flamingo becomes a mother, she loses her colour – her pink.
She pours her nutrients, her vibrancy, her everything into her babies, until she fades to white.
But once she’s nourished again, her pink returns.
Motherhood does the same to us.
We give everything, our time, energy, confidence, identity, until we’re left feeling invisible.
But your colour isn’t gone. It’s waiting for you.
That’s why I created the Find Your Pink Quiz – to help you see where you are in your journey back to yourself.
There are four stages of rediscovering your pink.
Which one are you in?
